Giving our team a sense of belonging, a sense of pride in their achievements and providing them the opportunity and enjoyment of being a productive part of the community.

The laughter and camaraderie the team show every day they come to work. How satisfying it is to see the smiles on the faces of the team as they finish their day and head home.

In the Timberworks we designed and built some very large shipping crates that ended up in China. The largest of these had an internal volume of 29m³. They were to carry models that ended up being permanently displayed as a monument to the construction of the building.

My pursuits include fishing, hunting, gardening and travel.
